Fun Facts

I am a board-certified pediatric dentist. I trained at the Strong Memorial Hospital/University of Rochester Eastman Institute for Oral Health, where I completed three years of Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency, followed by two years of Pediatric Dentistry Residency. I also received my masterโ€™s degree in Public Health and completed a one-year fellowship in the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) program. The LEND program focused on improving the health of children with neurodevelopmental disabilities and special health care needs.

Hello parents!

My name is Dr. Hiba and I’m proud to be the new pediatric dentist here at Busciglio Smiles, where my mission is to make dental visits a positive and comfortable experience for every child. I focus on building genuine connections with your little ones so they feel safe, relaxed, and even excited to see the dentist!

Every child is different, and I take the time to understand their unique personality and needs. Whether it’s their first visit or their tenth, I work closely with parents to create customized care plans that promote healthy smiles and build lifelong habits.

My goal is to be more than just a dentist—I want to be a trusted partner in your child’s health and happiness. From gentle cleanings to helpful guidance, I’m here to support your family every step of the way.

I am passionate about learning new and innovative technologies to help children have a fun, positive dental visit in a gentle and caring environment. I believe the patient’s experience during dental treatment is as important as the treatment itself. This is why I ensure that relationships with my patients are based on trust, kindness, and compassion.

Outside the office, I enjoy volunteering on global dental mission trips, staying active with CrossFit, and spending time outdoors in the sunshine.
